Can I change my order after it's been placed?

We try to process orders quickly, so changes might not always be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address. Reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll make the change.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us right away, and we’ll confirm if cancellation is still possible.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact us before the order ships, and we’ll see if we can update the size. If the order has already been sent, you can initiate a return for the correct size if available.

Will I be charged for changing my order?

There are no charges for changing your order, but if the order has already been shipped, shipping fees may apply for returns or exchanges.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States & Canada, but looking to expand very soon. Shipping options will be provided during checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Sale items and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer free returns?

At this time, we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

ORDER ISSUES:

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

We’re very sorry for the mix-up. Contact us with your order details, and we’ll arrange to send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you on a solution, whether that’s a refund or replacement.

I never received my order. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived, please check the tracking information provided. If it's still missing, contact us, and we’ll help you locate it or provide a replacement.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

We completely understand. If the fit isn’t right, you can return the item for an exchange or refund. Please review our returns policy for details.

My tracking information says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Give it 24 hours, and if it’s still missing, please reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
